  2. Share Proof: Send your Order Number along with clear Pictures or a Video of the product.

  3. Approval: Our team will verify the details and arrange the return.

💰 Refund Rules & Timeline:

  • Collection: The refund process starts only after our rider collects the product from your doorstep.

  • Timeline: Once collected, your refund will be completed within 2 working days (excluding public holidays & Sundays).

  • Payment Mode: Refunds are processed strictly online via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.

⚠️ Note:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging when returned to the rider.
